Video footage and/or photographs may be obtained during Groove Nation’s dance sessions at your child’s school and these may be used on the Groove Nation website or in Groove Nation promotional and/or marketing material. The photographs and/or video footage will not be passed onto any third party or used for any other purposes and all child protection and safety laws will be strictly abided by.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
* Full payment must be received prior to attending.
* Late collections (after 3:15pm) will be charged a late fee of $20.00 cash upon pick up.
* All booking cancellations of changes must be advised via phone/email with a minimum of 48 hours notice to your child’s start day.
* Cancellations or changes within 48 hours will not be refunded.
